McCombie Builders Ltd were appointed to construct a large industrial unit by a commercial client. This client has worked with McCombie Builders Ltd on numerous projects. This latest task involved creating a purpose built workshop facility including a mezzanine office space.
Teams worked 24/7 polishing over 1000 square meters of concrete and specialist contractors fitted out the office space to latest specifications.
Solid rock undersurface required heavy plant breakers during all excavations. Health and safety procedures were intensely followed throughout the project which was completed safely and on schedule.
